Although the data was there, I was unable to access the Microsoft Money files so Ray, of CPR Tools stayed on the phone with me for about 1/2 hour getting us full access and staying on while we made a practice run to be sure we could do it. They were able to get the drive unencrypted and back to us within 48 hours. One of the best IT companies we have worked with in the area that helped us get important information off the drive and back to our end user.
